Senior Portraits is one of our premium products. It's one of the products we have had the most success with in the past, so it's one of the products we're looking to sell to high schools this summer. The senior portrait has no cost to the school; we later sell the photos to the parents if they're interested. There's no obligation to buy from the parents.
The Senior Portraits, as the name says, is a session offered for all high school seniors. The idea is to have all seniors dressed up formally and photographed in the studio we'll set up at the school. The students are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite style shirt, suit, tie, or dress, but we'll have an outfit ready for those who can't come ready. That way, in the end, we're able to have photos of all seniors in formal attire.
Please notice that the senior portraits are different from the picture day. The students are dressed formally, and only the seniors participate. It's not as rushed as the picture day, and the students receive more options to choose from. It's a more premium service, where the seniors have the option to have their portrait taken formally, with more time.
So, does the school already have a photographer company that does their picture day? No problem! We would love to talk about doing an exclusive event for the graduating seniors.
A few things that could set us apart from other companies:
Some companies don't go to the school and set up a studio. The school recommends them, and the students need to go to their studio. We set up a studio at the school, which makes things more convenient for the students and parents.
We provide the outfit (suit, tie, or traditional senior drape) if the students don't come ready for the session. This assures that in the end, every student will be photographed in formal attire, even if they don't own one. Some companies do not provide any outfit.
We provide a small beauty station with the hair comes, mirror, hairspray, etc, for a more exclusive experience for the students. They're able to comfortably do the last retouches before the session.
Each student will receive an individual online gallery where they can view their photos, purchase products and prints, and choose their favorite for the yearbook. There's no exchange of money or products in the school. Everything is done online, and products are delivered to the parents' home.
We offer a comprehensive administrative package tailored to meet the unique needs of schools. Schools have the flexibility to choose the specific products they require, and we are more than willing to accommodate their requests unless they are highly unusual. IDs on Demand: We offer both plastic and digital identification cards for students and staff members. These IDs can include barcodes and any relevant information requested by the school.
Yearbook Photos: We supply high-quality, ready-to-print photos for the school's yearbook.
Software-Compatible Image Files: Our service ensures that individual photos of students and staff are delivered in compatible formats for seamless integration with various software systems such as Powerschool.
