St. Augustine High School 2025 Senior Portraits

Dates and Times:

The 2025 SAHS Senior Portrait Event will happen on Saturday, July 27th 2024, Tuesday, July 30th 2024, and Friday, August 2nd 2024, From 8am to 2pm.

You should have received an email with your appointment time. If you need to reschedule, please click on the 'Change/Cancel Appointment' link in the appointment confirmation email. Since spots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, please reschedule as soon as possible.

For those who are unable to attend the senior portrait days, a makeup day will be scheduled later in the year.

IMPORTANT: Information About Outfits 〰️

  • Students are encouraged to arrive prepared with their preferred attire for the shoot. The Senior Portrait event attire is formal and requires:

    • Button-up shirt: White.

    • Jacket: Black.

    • Tie: Black.

  • If a student is unable to arrive prepared for the shoot, we will provide:

    • Black jacket (available sizes: small. medium, Large, and X-large). This is a standard black jacket with regular fit. Please be aware that the provided jacket may not fit every body type perfectly. If you have specific preferences regarding the fit of the jacket, we recommend bringing one from home to ensure it meets your expectations

    • Black tie.

    • Please note that the provided jacket and tie are black. Shirts are not provided.

  • Students are welcome to bring varsity jackets and graduation cap & gowns for additional photo opportunities, alongside having their portrait taken with the formal attire.

Parents are welcome to attend.

Congratulations on your child's high school graduation! We know it's an important time in your child's life, and we want to make sure you love their portraits. You're welcome to be present while we take their pictures.

Proofs will be available online.

After the Senior portrait session is finished you'll receive an email with the link for your online proofs. You'll be able to purchase prints, products, and digital files. All physical goods are delivered to your home.

Please make sure you visit your gallery and choose your preferred photo for the 2025 yearbook.

We recommend students to arrive ready.

We recommend the students arrive ready for the shoot. But we’ll have a tie and a jacket available for those who don’t come ready. please notice that shirts are not provided by us, and the students opting for the jacket and tie must arrive wearing a shirt.

Here are some questions frequently asked by the parents:

  • A senior portrait event is an opportunity for high school seniors to have professional photographs taken to commemorate their final year. These portraits will be included in yearbook, shared with family and friends, and cherished for years to come. Participating allows your child to have a memorable and professional representation of their high school experience.

  • If your child is unable to attend the scheduled portrait event, don’t worry! There will be a make up day later in the year. Please make sure to keep an eye out for the email coming from the school with the information about the make up day.

  • Students are encouraged to arrive prepared with their favorite style for the shoot. The attire for the event is: white shirt, black jacket, and black tie.

  • Portraits taken during the event will capture the chest up, similar to the samples provided. There's no need to worry about pants, shoes, or the lower portion of the dress, as they won't be visible in the picture.

  • Yes, we offer a variety of photo packages to suit different preferences and budgets. Our packages typically include a selection of prints in various sizes and digital files for online sharing. You'll have the opportunity to review and choose the package that best meets your needs during the ordering process.

  • Absolutely! We encourage parents to join their children during their portrait session to offer support and ensure their comfort. Your presence can also help alleviate any nervousness your child may feel.

  • We understand the excitement of seeing the final portraits! Typically, you can expect to receive access to your child's digital proofs within a few days of the portrait session. Once you've made your selections and placed your order, delivery times for prints and other products may vary but are generally within a couple of weeks.
