ABOUT THE SCHOOL:
Mater Dei Catholic High School is a private college-prep school in Chula Vista. It’s a faith-based campus with great facilities, strong academics, and a focus on developing the whole student—mind, body, and spirit.
APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF STUDENTS:
Around 1300. But, We’ll only photograph seniors at this event, so it’ll be around 320 students.
PARKING:
There’s a large parking lot right outside the school that we’re allowed to use. However, since this is our first year working with Mater Dei High School, we’re not sure how full it gets during school days.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Camera
Lens (24-70mm or something similar)
Memory card
Tripod
DRESS CODE:
Mater Dei High School is a private Catholic school where students are required to wear formal attire, including suits and ties. Please be mindful of the professional and respectful environment.
Do not wear:
Shorts
Sweatpants
Open-toe shoes (including sandals, flip-flops, Crocs)
Graphic T-shirts or clothing with logos, slogans, or artwork
Tank tops or sleeveless shirts
Ripped or distressed jeans
Athletic wear (unless it's plain, dark, and professional looking)
Bright or neon colors that may reflect onto subjects during shooting
Dress in clean, professional, and neutral clothing that allows you to move comfortably while maintaining a polished appearance.

For this event, students must be photographed outdoors only.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
POST-SHOOT FILE DELIVERY PROCEDURE
After the shoot is complete, please follow the steps below to deliver your images:
1. Locate the Shared Dropbox Folder
Use the specific Dropbox folder we shared with you before the event to upload your images.
You can find the folder by opening the Dropbox desktop app. The folder will be named using the following format:
EVENT NUMBER_SCHOOL NAME_EVENT TYPE_DATE_YOUR NAME
For example:
Day 1:
050SAHS_2026SENIORS_250729_YOUR NAME
Day 2:

Day 3:

2. Upload Your Files
Add your images directly to the corresponding folder for each day.
Do not use subfolders. All files must be placed directly into the main folder.
3. Send a Confirmation Email
After placing the files into the folder:
Email us at info@digitaldojo.photography
Use the folder name as the email subject line.
In the body of the email, include the following:
Folder size and image count (e.g.,
96GB for 1,837 items
)Start and end time of the shoot (e.g.,
9:02AM to 2:34PM
)
Note: You do not need to wait for the upload to finish before sending the email. Once the files are dropped into the folder and the email is sent, you’re all set.
